Using our knowledge of the feeding mechanisms and its influence on the isotopic fingerprint, we ensure we stay at the sharp end of this developing technology.
Using DNA technology, we can check that your food, food products and feed contain the declared fish species and test to see if they give a positive test for species that shouldn’t be there as well. We are able to test for a wide range of fish species including; Haddock, Pollock, Cod, Whiting, Coley etc.
It works on environmental swabs too!
